Short Sales = Opportunity
A short sale is a situation where a seller owes more than the home is worth in today's market and WE are working with their lender to forgive the difference of what is owed. Short Sales are a fantastic OPPORTUNITY for a good deal, but the process may take an incredibly long time...sometimes over 6 months...most of the time 4-6 months, but it depends on where in the process it is.
This is a list of Short Sales that I am involved in...some of the prices may be high...but will lower as we make progress. Don't wait for them to lower, when that happens, they will sell very quickly. You are better off, calling me to check them out and writing an offer at the lower price to beat everyone else to them! If you see something that interests you, give me a call or send me an email and I will let you know its status, roughly how long it will still take to get to closing, and maybe even how much it will actually take to buy.
