Come through the open house, if you like it, make a bid…you’ll get a call Sunday evening, to let you know what the highest bid is and you will have the opportunity to raise or lower your bid. If you are the high bidder, we will meet the next day and fill out the Standard Purchase Agreement (the same one EVERY Realtor in the area uses.) It allows for a 10-day home inspection period AND can be contingent upon financing!
These auctions are not foreclosed homes, bank owned properties, or anything like that...simply motivated sellers that don't mind selling their homes at a discount.
